Sarah Gandotra

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

MBACP

I am a professionally qualified Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical framework for counselling professionals.

I am passionate in supporting clients to work through their issues and to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. I place the client-therapist relationship at the heart of what is an effective therapeutic process, providing an open, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, gain insights and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

I believe in a personalised approach to therapy, where I consider your unique needs, circumstances and goals. As an integrative therapist I use a blend of different therapeutic approaches and techniques of person-centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, according to each of my client’s needs.

I specialise in anxiety and panic disorders as well as depression and helping those with persistent low mood. And whether you are going through a specific trauma, sudden life change or you’re just struggling to cope with what the world is throwing at you. I can help navigate life’s difficulties by offering a confidential and safe space to explore your issues.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time reading and going to the theatre.
